Two crew, all the lifting, and the space left broom-clean. You pay when the truck is loaded.
A price you can plan around
Most junk removal frustration comes down to one thing: not knowing the number until the truck is already in your driveway. We quote before we load. If the pile turns out smaller than the photo suggested, the price comes down. If you add items, we tell you the new price and you decide.
Our crews work across Orange and Lake County every day, so we know the practical stuff that changes a job — the tight alley driveways in College Park, the second-floor walk-ups near UCF, the HOA dumpster rules in the newer Horizon West and Minneola subdivisions, and which transfer stations are quickest from where you are.
What is included in every quote
- Two crew members and the truck
- All carrying, from any floor or the back of the lot
- Disposal and recycling fees at the transfer station
- Sales tax
- A broom-clean finish where the junk was
What gets quoted separately
- Concrete, dirt, brick, roofing shingles and other dense material
- Refrigerant appliances that need certified handling
- Long carries, tight stair carries and crane or hoist work
- Anything hazardous, which we cannot take at all

How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?
Single items start at $99. Larger loads are priced by the space they take up in the truck: about $199 for a quarter truck, $329 for a half truck and $549 for a full truck. Labor, dump fees and tax are included in that number. You get the flat price in writing before anything is loaded, and it does not change unless you add items.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes. We hold same-day slots on most weekdays and Saturdays. If you request a quote before about 2:00pm and you are inside our Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont or Minneola service area, there is a good chance we can be there the same afternoon. Call (407) 476-8161 for the fastest answer on a same-day slot.
What can't you take?
We cannot accept hazardous material: paint and solvents, motor oil, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, propane tanks, ammunition, or wet tires. Refrigerant appliances such as fridges and freezers are fine but may carry a small recycling fee. If you are unsure, send a photo and we will tell you straight away.
Do I have to be home for the pickup?
No. Plenty of customers leave the items in the driveway, garage or by the curb and approve the quote by text. We send a photo when the job is finished. For inside-the-home jobs we do ask that someone can let the crew in, or that you leave a gate code and access instructions.
Do you do the lifting?
Always. The price includes two crew members carrying everything out, whether it is a second-floor bedroom set or a shed at the back of the lot. You do not need to move anything to the curb first — though it does help us quote faster if you can send a photo.
Ready for it to be gone?
Flat price in writing before we load. Same-day slots open most days across Central Florida.
